The Brunswick Housing Authority has an opening for Assistant Site Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible of assisting in managerial and administrative work involving the management and operation of Public Housing properties. Must have experience operating all standard office equipment which includes computers, copiers, fax machines, calculators etc. Must be able to professionally greet residents and making a favorable impression. Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time, and have good decision making skills. The ability to speak Spanish would be an asset
Must have a valid GA driver’s license and clean driving record. References are required and will be checked. Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal record check.
