Leasing Specialist

The Brunswick Housing Authority has an opening for a Leasing Specialist. Job duties include taking and processing applications for Housing Programs. This includes conducting interviews; verify preferences, family size, income and citizenship status. Prepares and sends all correspondence relative to the leasing process. Process move in’s and move out’s. Consideration will be given to qualified applicant that can speak Spanish fluently.

Must have a valid GA driver’s license and clean driving record. References are required and will be checked. Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal record check. Full benefits package includes retirement, insurance, paid holidays, vacation pay.
