Maintenance Coordinator

The Brunswick Housing Authority has an opening for Maintenance Coordinator. Duties include general apartment maintenance such as plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, etc. HVAC certification with experience in troubleshooting and repair work and EPA certification a plus. Applicant must have strong work ethics with the ability to set a good example. Good leadership qualities and communication skills necessary also must be able to perform maintenance on-call functions.

Must have a valid GA driver’s license and clean driving record. References are required and will be checked. Must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal record check.
