The Brunswick Housing Authority has two locally owned unit communities, Brooklyn Homes Annex and Hopkins Homes Annex. We have one, two and three bedroom units available. The rent for the apartments are as follows:
The Brunswick Housing Authority now offers a 12 month, 6 month and a month to month lease option. The six months lease raises the rental price by $25 a month and the month to month lease raises the rental price by $50 a month.
