Request for Informal Hearing (Section 8/HCV)

The below form is intended for Section 8 applicants/participants who wish to request an informal hearing/review.

If the request qualifies for an informal hearing/review, a hearing date and time will be scheduled and sent to the email address provided. Please review the Brunswick Housing Authority's Administrative Plan (ADMIN Plan)'s section on informal hearings to ensure that your hearing is within the timeframe allotted and that your matter is able to be appealed.
