IFB: Sale of Surplus Vehicles

INVITATION TO BID
SALE OF SURPLUS VEHICLES

The Brunswick Housing Authority is requesting sealed bids for the sale the following surplus vehicles:
Vehicle #2: 2015 Ford Fiesta - 4 door - mileage: 7,558
Vehicle #5: 2019 Ford Fiesta - 4 door - mileage: 1,600
Vehicle #3: 2015 Ford Fiesta - 4 door - mileage: 5,669

Bids will be accepted until Monday December 2nd, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at The Brunswick Housing Authority Central Office, 1126 Albany St. Brunswick GA 31520. Late bids will not be accepted.

Bids must include name, contact information, vehicle information (Year, Make, Model, Mileage), and amount of bid.

Bids will only be accepted in a sealed envelope with the following listed on the sealed envelope:
BHA Invitation to Bid
Sale of Surplus Vehicles
Bidder's name
Year, Make, Model, and Mileage of vehicle of the submitted bid

Each vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder. The highest bidder will be contacted. Once notified, the highest bidder will need to pay with certified funds within three (3) business days.

The aforementioned vehicles have been taken out of the Brunswick Housing Authority's service and will be sold in "as is" condition with no warranty expressed or implied. The Brunswick Housing Authority urges prospective bidders to view the vehicles before submitting a bid.

The above vehicles will be available for inspection at The Brunswick Housing Authority, Central Office, 1126 Albany St, Brunswick GA 31520. Inspections will be by appointment ONLY, during normal business hours, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call 912-265-1334 ext. 125 to schedule an appointment. Per insurance regulations, the vehicles cannot be driven or removed from BHA property.

The Brunswick Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in total or in part and to waive informalities and irregularities, as it may deem to be in the Brunswick Housing Authority's best interests.
